We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Gameplay Programmer to help lead and develop high-quality game code for AAA Unreal Engine projects.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the programming team to develop fully realized game systems, communicating with the Programming & Design Team, creating and maintaining game logic, profiling and optimizing code, scoping tasks, collaborating with design and production, and participating in code reviews. Additionally, the role involves mentoring other engineers and assisting in maintaining documentation.

Requirements

Must have 3 years of professional C++ experience in the games industry producing quality code, a strong understanding of Unreal Engine tools and C++ code base management, good debugging skills, and in-depth knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 blueprint logic. Candidates should be able to create prototypes quickly, produce high-quality code for both single and multiplayer games, and have practical problem-solving skills applicable to 3D game development. In-depth knowledge of at least one of the following areas is also required: Engine, AI, UI, Audio, Gameplay, Physics, Rendering, Multiplayer.

Desirable qualifications include ideally 5 years of experience, multiplayer development experience, familiarity with Unreal Engine’s replication systems, console development experience, maintaining live games, and knowledge of telemetry capture systems in live games.
