Job Description

We are currently seeking a motivated freelance property photographer to join our team at Hovver, a leading property photography company based in Manchester and surrounding areas. Initially focused on photography, you’ll have the chance to progress your skills and incorporate video, drone photography, and more into your repertoire. At Hovver, we handle the editing process, allowing you to focus on what you do best—capturing stunning images.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site property photography sessions, capturing compelling images that showcase the unique features and selling points of each property.
• Learn and develop skills in drone photography to capture stunning aerial shots, providing an innovative perspective on properties.
• Progress to producing engaging property videos that highlight both the interior and exterior of homes.
• Draw accurate floor plans (training will be provided).
• Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing needs and deliver tailored photography solutions.
• Ensure the timely delivery of raw, unedited photos to clients, as we handle the editing process internally.
• Embrace ongoing training to progress skills and eventually incorporate video, drone, and other services into your repertoire.
• Obtain a valid DBS check to ensure compliance with client requirements.

Requirements

• Passion for photography and a willingness to learn and develop new skills in property marketing.
• Basic knowledge of photography techniques and equipment; previous experience is essential.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and understand their requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule to meet deadlines.
• A commitment to personal and professional growth within the field.
