Job Description

Heartwood Saunas is a small, forward-thinking company dedicated to sustainability, specializing in designing and hand-building high-quality outdoor saunas. We are seeking a creative marketer to join our close-knit team in a part-time (hours negotiable) in-person/hybrid position at our workshop near Machynlleth. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, motivated, and possess a wide skill set, with the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver compelling copy and visual content for the website, social media posts, and email campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
• Collaborate in the ideation and marketing of new products and services, ensuring alignment with our brand vision.
• Stay updated on industry trends, conduct market research, and identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in our marketing strategies.
• Engage with our online community across social media channels, maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice.
• Work closely with photographers, videographers, and other external partners to create high-quality content.
• Generate innovative ideas for promotions, collaborations, and campaigns that enhance brand visibility and resonate with our customers.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, copywriting, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to write engaging content.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Strong attention to detail, with a critical eye for consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and share ideas.
• Interest in an active, outdoor lifestyle, health, and sustainable living.
• Ability to respond positively to constructive feedback.

Additional Information

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.60 per hour
