Job Description

This role is part of the Personalised Communication team, focusing on creating emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. The specialty lies in hyper-personalised digital communications that change perceptions and shift market share for clients such as eBay, Ancestry, and Walmart. As a Copywriter, you will join the global Copy Team of 60, writing for digital channels and providing on-brand website and CRM copy that drives clicks and engagement. You will collaborate across different digital channels to develop creative and innovative copy, often stepping outside your comfort zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Create clear, effective, and original copy and content for onsite marketing for clients.
• Develop creative ideas and concepts across various channels.
• Adhere to clients’ tone of voice and brand guidelines.
• Research competitors and trends for inspiration.
• Collaborate with design and account management teams.
• Contribute to team creative brainstorming sessions.

Requirements

• Experience as a copywriter is essential; agency or brand experience is preferred.
• Understanding of different languages for B2B and B2C clients.
• Experience in the e-commerce/retail environment is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of multi-channel digital copy and brand development, especially in CRM/social media content.
• Ability to write compelling marketing and content copy.
• Confidence in collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
• Ability to work at a fast pace on large marketing campaigns.
• Understanding the importance of consistency across user touchpoints.
• Ability to present and communicate ideas effectively to large groups.
• A collaborative approach to achieving goals.
