Job Description
Are you a creative individual with a passion for digital marketing? We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join a leading independent telecommunications provider. As part of the growing organisation, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the marketing strategy, plan and execute campaigns, and help shape the online presence. The role is based in Newbury and is fully office-based, so to apply please consider the location and if commutable daily.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing campaigns across various marketing channels. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop engaging content, drive lead generation, and measure campaign success. We are looking for a self-starting, results-driven professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to deliver marketing strategy.
- Create compelling content to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, both organic and paid.
- Develop market automation journeys for retargeting and upsell purposes.
- Maintain an up-to-date marketing activity schedule.
- Perform regular analysis and reporting on marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research and competitor analysis.
Requirements
Minimum qualifications include:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create high-quality content.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outstanding organisational and planning abilities.
- Creative design skills using Canva or a similar platform.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficient in collecting and analysing numerical data to measure campaign success.
- A self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.
Educational qualifications include:
- Marketing, English, or Business Studies Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in digital marketing, marketing campaigns, or marketing communications.
Advantageous qualifications include:
- Experience with Zoho CRM or a similar platform.
- Familiarity with WordPress or a similar platform.
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment.
- Knowledge of telecoms, SaaS, and channel marketing.
- Relevant marketing qualification, such as CIM or equivalent.
- Full, clean driving licence.
