Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Web Designer with over 8 years of expertise in web design and development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with WordPress, particularly in utilizing Avada and Elementor tools, and a strong background in related technologies. This role requires a creative visionary with a keen eye for detail, who can lead web design projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet our clients’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-quality, visually appealing, and user-friendly websites using WordPress.
• Utilize Avada and Elementor tools to create responsive, customized, and dynamic web pages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketers, to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and optimize web design for improved user experience.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and search engine ranking.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge web design solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and support to foster professional growth.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in web design and development.
• Proficiency in WordPress, with a strong focus on Avada and Elementor tools.
• Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience with additional web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and InVision.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of web design projects and creative solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with UX/UI design and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap and Foundation.
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Certification in web design or related areas is a plus.
