SC Cleared ServiceNow Developer

App Developer is needed in Swansea, United Kingdom.

Our Government client is looking for an SC cleared ServiceNow Developer. The client is based in Swansea, travel may be required to this site weekly/monthly.

SC clearance would be required (possibility of sponsorship). The role will be INSIDE IR35.

The first 3 points are Essential:

• AD authentication and federation (single sign on configurations)
• SPML (XML) creation and SOAP API configuration
• ServiceNow third party API integrations
• Experience in ServiceNow Development, Maintenance and Administration.
• Experience on technical implementation of front and Back End ServiceNow applications.
• Previous implementation of Active Directory Integration with ServiceNow, account and attribute matching and synchronisation.
• Knowledge of third-party identity applications (Active Roles would be the desired application).
• Previous experience of creating knowledge bases and integration with the wider ServiceNow environment.
• Strong understanding and proven experience using PowerShell to automate processes and manipulate data (predominantly between systems such as ServiceNow and AD).
• Ability to gather user requirements and convert these into project deliverables in a structured document format in which the clients ServiceNow team can use for future reference.
• Ability to work under own initiative against high level project requirements and deliver results.
• Gathering, troubleshooting, and managing defects via defect log and associated documentation.
• Good ability to undertake daily ‘business as usual’ processes to assist ServiceNow team as and when situation requires eg Defects & Incidents investigation and resolution. Completing standard changes, normal changes, platform enhancements, Requests. Feeding into the fortnightly sprint process.
• Conduct initial discovery work along with Technical Architect into integration of change logging between ServiceNow and Storm Conductor Telephony system.
