Role Overview:

Ada Meher is working with a growing digital agency in Reigate, looking for a Product Designer to join their team and work on a variety of exciting client projects. This position will involve creating innovative UX and UI designs for mobile apps across iOS and Android. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently while utilizing the agency’s resources for personal development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• UX & UI Design for Mobile Apps: Create both high-quality user interfaces and seamless user experiences for iOS and Android applications.
• User Research & Data Interpretation: Facilitate user research, collect insights, and translate data into impactful design decisions to enhance user experience.
• UI Design & Animation: Leverage tools like Sketch and Figma to design engaging user interfaces and animations that improve the overall user journey.
• Project Management: Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and in line with the clients’ requirements.
• Communication & Presentation: Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders with clarity, receiving and integrating feedback effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in UX & UI design, particularly for mobile apps.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in tools like Sketch, Figma, or similar software for UI design and animation.
• Research & Analysis: Experience in facilitating user research, gathering feedback, and interpreting data to drive UX design improvements.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Project Coordination: Ability to balance and prioritize work across multiple projects simultaneously.
