Job Description
The role requires a candidate with at least 5+ years of experience, preferably in senior positions. The candidate should have previous experience with Guidewire and portal technologies, such as XEngage. Strong React skills, along with potential knowledge of Typescript, are necessary. The candidate should also be familiar with xCenters and REST API, enough to debug issues that may arise during the digital development lifecycle. Effective communication skills and knowledge of P&C (Property and Casualty) are essential for the role.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience required
- Previous Guidewire experience
- Previous portal experience, specifically with XEngage
- Strong React skills
- Potential knowledge of Typescript
- Familiarity with xCenters and REST API
- Ability to debug issues in the digital development lifecycle
- Effective communication skills
- P&C acumen
Daily Responsibilities
- Understand, clarify, and communicate about user stories and defects assigned to them
- Clearly articulate issues and progress regarding assignments
- Update the workflow system for visibility into work progress
- Attend daily scrums and handoff meetings
