The role of UX Designer involves working collaboratively with the Head of Product and the current designer to redesign the MOONHUB VR app, owning the end-to-end user flow. The product consists of content, a VR app, and a web-based platform for managers to access trainee data. Ideal candidates should have experience in start-up and scale-up environments and a focus on product-market fit.

Requirements

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting and incorporating user and market research into design solutions to understand user needs and the market landscape.
• Identifying impactful new verticals by addressing user pain points, collaborating with Revenue teams and conducting user research.
• Creating user flows, UI designs, journey maps, interaction models, and information architecture.
• Crafting thoughtful design principles and systems to guide design decisions, establishing effective product-led processes for scaling.
• Designing software features from start to finish, including wireframes and interactive prototypes.
