Job Description

The Role: Freelance Product Designer

As part of our Product Design team at ShopSimon, you will enhance and build on our expansive marketplace, ensuring our shoppers are delighted by their experience. You will work within the Product team to deliver site and app designs that help shoppers find their favorite brands and products, while introducing personalized features and marketing campaigns. Come help us bridge the offline and online worlds of retail!

What You’ll Do:

• Work with other Product Designers and Product Managers to craft user experiences in Figma for both web and app.
• Work with stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising, etc.) to define and design user flows that convert based on the campaign or program needs and desired KPI.
• Occasionally work with User Researchers to prep and tweak prototypes for usability studies.

Requirements

About You:

• Ability to work 5-10 hours per week independently, with availability to attend weekly meetings during business hours.
• 3-4 years of product design experience (in web and app); e-commerce experience is preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience using Figma.
• Be comfortable working independently.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Hourly Rate Range: $40.00 - $60.00/hour. Rue Gilt Groupe is committed to providing Associates with equal pay for equal work and carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors.
