We’re looking for a Freelance Designer to join our in-house marketing team. You are a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for quality and aesthetics. You have experience working within brand guidelines but enjoy finding new and creative ways to apply them. Ideally, you would be available to work up to three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling graphics for marketing materials, social media, and advertising campaigns.
• Design motion graphics to enhance video assets for both paid and organic media.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders.
• Use typography, illustration, and other brand elements for static and video assets.
• Modify and improve existing motion graphics files.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficient in motion graphics; experience in this area is preferred.
• A portfolio that showcases your skills and abilities.
• Strong foundational knowledge of layout, color theory, grids, icons, typography, proportion, photography, and motion.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
• Experience with video editing software is a plus.
• Proven experience managing projects that cover complex subject matter from script to finished product.
• Ability to handle multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.

Benefits

This role has an hourly rate of $50 - $75. Compensation is determined based on experience, skill level, and qualifications, which are assessed during the interview process.
