Job Description

Rippling is seeking a Senior Integrated Producer to collaborate with creative teams and stakeholders, leading the production of integrated marketing campaigns focused on video content that showcases the Rippling brand. This position is based in the San Francisco office and requires in-office presence at least three days a week. The role includes managing projects across digital, broadcast, and social media campaigns, ensuring that delivery aligns with brand standards, timelines, and budgets.

Responsibilities include building processes for scoping, resourcing, and project planning for integrated and video deliverables, overseeing vendor relationships, and managing an onsite video studio. The successful candidate will lead collaboration with key stakeholders across various marketing teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality outputs.

Requirements

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience producing integrated and video content for digital, broadcast, and social media campaigns, with a preference for agency-side or production-house experience. An in-depth understanding of the production process from concept to post-production is essential, along with proven abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Applicants should demonstrate organizational skills for managing project plans (Asana), possess a creative problem-solving ability, and be capable of handling challenges in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing budgets up to $3M for broadcast production is also required.
