Position’s Goal: Execution of high-quality custom web development projects within given time frames, demonstrating fluency in English.

Requirements

Key Functions and Responsibilities

Daily:

• Develop build-outs for 5–7-page websites within 72-80 hours
• Develop landing pages/funnels within 36-48 hours
• Deliver updates, tweaks, and changes in tickets within the specified timeframe
• Report daily updates through the ticketing system for each ticket worked on that day
• Attend daily morning meetings on time
• Be a team player and be willing to sacrifice for the good of your teammates and the company
• Maintain a positive attitude, focusing on solutions rather than problems
• Provide constructive criticism with potential solutions to challenges within your job and the company
• Build daily successful habits and routines to help yourself and the team

Monthly:

• Create at least one custom development training
• Check-in call with the Project Manager

Quarterly:

• Take at least one internal training course in their field of expertise or relevant to digital marketing
• Attend all quarterly meetings on time

Per Semester:

• Receive performance evaluations
• Improve areas of opportunity discussed in performance evaluations
• Read a book or take a course related to leadership, design, development, or personal development

Salary Range

R25,000 and R35,000
