Job Description

We are seeking a versatile US-based mid-level designer on a contract basis to support our work. This role is perfect for a freelance designer looking to contribute approximately 10–15 hours per week to client and internal projects. You will work on designing social media assets, user interfaces of websites and apps, and updating websites using CMS platforms like Webflow. Compensation ranges from $30–$40/hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually compelling social media graphics and marketing materials that align with brand guidelines.
• Design user-friendly and impactful UI/UX for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals and deliver effective design solutions.
• Update and maintain websites using Webflow, ensuring content and design meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
• Optimize designs for different devices and screen sizes.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on branding and visual strategies.
• Stay updated with design trends and tools to keep our work fresh and innovative.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma & Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms.
• A strong understanding of user experience principles and user-centered design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently within a flexible schedule.
