We are looking for a dynamic Fractional Designer to join our team and help us elevate our product’s potential. You’ll be working with a world-class team of engineers and former-founder advisors, shaping a product that’s on the cutting edge of AI coaching. Our product aims to deliver a truly ambitious vision: supporting individuals to achieve a truly fulfilling life and unlock their immense potential through a uniquely personalized AI coach. As we prepare for the full release of our recently launched private beta, we are poised to transform the $5bn+ coaching market and improve the lives of hundreds of millions globally.

Skills:

• Exceptional mobile app design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs (2+ years of experience in B2C mobile applications at a minimum).
• Ability to strategically enhance app design beyond executing on product managers’ ideas.
• Proficient in driving user research to deeply understand user interactions and improve the app.
• Some experience with website and ad creative design (occasional tasks may be required).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing and inspiring cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of our mobile app, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
• Strategically innovate to enhance the app, using design to improve user outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, go-to-market, etc.) to bring our product’s vision to life.
• Drive user research initiatives to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Occasionally contribute to website design and ad creatives as needed.
