Job Description

We are a cross-functional team responsible for the Front End commerce experience website(s). Our mission is to help users explore their home furnishing wishes and find the right offers while continuously improving ease of shopping and conversion. We are looking for a UX/UI consultant who pairs strong eCommerce and visual design skills with excellent collaboration, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will enhance the user journey, leveraging their expertise to boost conversion on our eCommerce platform. The consultant will assist our client by being assigned to initiatives like personalization, adaptive journeys, and product recommendations, working closely with 1-2 product teams to deliver the expected output. Consultants will join a group of 10+ designers working on the web experience.

Requirements

eCommerce Expertise

Must have: Solid understanding of eCommerce UX best practices with a strong portfolio of successful user experiences designed to drive conversion.

Data-Driven UX Design

Must have: Understanding of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Content Square) and A/B testing platforms. Skilled in interpreting data to make UX design recommendations. Nice to have: Familiarity with tools specific to conversion rate optimization.

Visual Design Skills

Must have: Strong visual design skills with experience in Figma. Ability to create high-quality, visually engaging interfaces that align with brand guidelines.

Agile Development Environment

Must have: Prior experience working within an Agile framework, with comfort in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Required Soft Skills

Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities

Must have: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-backed design recommendations. Nice to have: Ability to proactively identify UX bottlenecks and provide creative solutions to improve the user journey.

Collaboration & Communication

Must have: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas effectively to stakeholders across multiple departments. Nice to have: Empathetic listener who can incorporate feedback from diverse perspectives, including those of global team members.

Adaptability & Flexibility

Must have: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities. Nice to have: Growth-oriented mindset, staying up to date on UX and eCommerce trends to bring fresh insights to the team.
