Job Description

FlatPack Studios is a full-service creative content agency specializing in high-quality video production for brands, businesses, and influencers. We are seeking a talented in-house videographer to join our dynamic team and help bring our clients’ visions to life. The In-House Videographer will be responsible for producing video content from concept to final product, enhancing our clients’ digital presence and achieving their marketing objectives.

Key Objectives

• Produce high-quality video content for various projects such as commercials, social media content, and brand videos.
• Collaborate with the creative team, project managers, and clients to align with their vision.
• Lead the end-to-end video production process, including pre-production and post-production tasks.
• Stay updated with emerging video trends, tools, and techniques.
• Oversee and maintain the studio’s video equipment and organize footage.
• Ensure high production standards and consistency with brand aesthetics.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production with a strong portfolio across platforms like YouTube, web, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Advanced knowledge of editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and post-production techniques.
• Experience in operating professional video cameras and understanding technical equipment.
• Creative vision with the ability to adhere to client brand guidelines.
• Strong storytelling skills and a keen eye for visual narratives.
• Attention to detail in editing, color grading, and sound design.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
