Job Description

Role: Senior Designer

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester (Hybrid)

Hours: 8.45 am – 5.15 pm, Monday to Friday

Package: Up to £40,000

As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring the design team, setting the creative standard, and delivering campaigns that don’t just look amazing—they deliver results. You’ll help shape the trajectory of our brand at a crucial stage of growth, making your mark on everything we create.

Requirements

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Expert-level proficiency: Master of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong experience in Figma, After Effects, and email builders.
  • Proven experience: Designed for both digital and print, with a portfolio showcasing ability to create engaging social content and polished presentations.
  • A sharp eye for branding: Strong understanding of consistent, impactful brand identity.
  • UX design expertise: Ability to combine aesthetics with user-friendly functionality.
  • Leadership skills: Experience in leading or mentoring designers.
  • Creative vision: Ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.
  • A flair for motion: Experience with After Effects or similar tools is highly desirable.
  • Growth mindset: Openness to feedback, thriving on collaboration, and willingness to push creative boundaries.
