Job Description

The Honest Company is seeking a Temp Creative Director contractor to lead the ongoing production of all marketing and promotional campaigns. This role involves partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute creative concepts that meet consumer needs. The Creative Director will manage a team of passionate creatives, report directly to the Chief Growth Officer, and work in a fast-paced environment to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

As a Creative Director, your responsibilities will include:

• Building, inspiring, and leading a small in-house creative team.
• Creating world-class marketing to establish brand connections and inspire product demand.
• Championing updated branding and the new style guide to ensure consistent brand equity.
• Guiding brand identity execution across various channels and ensuring a cohesive brand experience.
• Driving print and pattern strategy to make style a strategic point of difference.
• Leading brainstorming sessions and fostering a culture of creativity.
• Creating brief-driven concepts and presentations for internal executives and stakeholders.
• Mentoring and developing the team with clear direction and constructive feedback.
• Collaborating cross-functionally for effective business partnerships and creative problem-solving.

Requirements

For this role, candidates should possess:

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $77.00/hr to $90.00/hr. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, skill level, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location.
