Job Description

PSC Software, a division of PSC Biotech, is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role focuses on enhancing our online presence through effective website management, SEO strategies, paid campaign execution, and competitive analysis. If you are passionate about digital marketing and data-driven decision-making, we’d love to hear from you.

Your key responsibilities will include managing and optimizing the company website, developing and executing SEO strategies, planning and analyzing paid campaigns, conducting competitive analysis, monitoring campaign performance, collaborating with content creators, staying updated with industry trends, and assisting with other marketing responsibilities such as content creation and event management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in website management, SEO, paid advertising, and competitive analysis.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration ability.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
