Transform dog to superhero

I need a Photoshop Editor for a personal project where I want to transform a photo of my dog into a superhero. The tasks include removing the background, adding a red cape to give the impression of flying, placing a red capital ‘T’ on the dog’s chest with a yellow background (like superman), and adding a red mask around its eyes. Additionally, I need a version of the photo without the mask.
