Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Freelance Video Producer/Writer II to join our creative team. This role is essential in producing high-quality video content, from concept development through to the finished product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and storytelling, bringing innovative ideas to life through effective visuals and compelling narratives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the internal production team to develop video concepts and scripts.
• Oversee the video production process including filming, editing, and post-production.
• Coordinate with talent, crew, and graphics team to ensure smooth production logistics.
• Conduct pre-production planning including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment needs.
• Direct shoots and manage the creative process on set to ensure the vision is executed as planned.
• Create engaging storyboards to visualize the narrative and flow of video content.
• Edit video content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, AfterEffects, and Photoshop.
• Produce sizzle reels and training videos that meet client specifications.
• Travel as needed to various locations for shoots.

Requirements

• Proven experience in video production and content creation.
• Strong skills in video filming, editing, and pre-production processes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly Premiere, AfterEffects, and Photoshop.
• Experience in scriptwriting and storyboarding.
• Ability to coordinate and manage crew logistics including talent booking and scheduling.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
