The role involves spearheading the creation of intuitive and engaging user experiences. You will be responsible for designing the aesthetics and workflows that ensure a captivating user experience in our software solutions, with a focus on iteration, prototyping, and testing.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in UX design, preferably in an agency
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work that reflects deep UX knowledge and innovation
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or PenPot
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, agile, evolving environment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead UX projects from concept to completion
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for complex projects, ensuring consistency
• Collaborate with our team and clients to understand their goals and translate these into interactive UX prototypes
• Collaborate with project managers and solution architects to define project roadmaps and ensure on time, on budget and high-quality delivery
• Conduct workshops with clients and users to rapidly test and refine ideas and prototypes
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in UX design and technology
• Further develop Newicon’s internal brand, products, and services
• Run client workshops and design sprints
• Present ideas to stakeholders of all levels confidently
