Job Description

Role: Midweight Designer

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester (Hybrid)

Hours: 8.45 am – 5.15 pm, Monday to Friday

This isn’t your average design gig. You’ll work across branding, digital marketing, and social media campaigns to create work that feels as good as it looks. Whether you’re shaping internal culture or delivering client-facing content, your designs will amplify our message far and wide.

Requirements

  • Technical chops: Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with bonus points for experience with Figma, After Effects, or email builders.
  • Digital and print experience: Ability to create engaging social media content and presentations.
  • Passion for branding: Strong understanding of typography and brand identity.
  • UX design know-how: Capability to transform designs into user-friendly experiences.
  • Team spirit: A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work independently when necessary.
  • A growth mindset: Willingness to accept feedback and iterate on ideas.
  • A flair for motion: Experience with After Effects or similar software is a plus but not mandatory.
