Are you a data-driven digital marketer with expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance analytics? We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our ad campaigns, deliver insightful analytics reports, and optimize strategies for our clients’ success. In this role, you’ll have a significant impact on driving measurable results while contributing to our agency’s growth.
Responsibilities
Google Ads Management:
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to maximize ROI.
- Monitor ad budgets, bid strategies, and performance metrics to achieve campaign goals.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and best practices.
Facebook Ads Strategy:
- Develop and execute Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns tailored to client goals.
- Create compelling ad creatives and audience targeting strategies.
- Track ad performance, adjust bidding strategies, and conduct split testing for optimization.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to align visuals and messaging.
Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Create detailed performance reports with actionable insights for clients and internal teams.
- Use data-driven findings to optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
- Present results clearly to clients, showing value and ROI from campaigns.
Client Collaboration:
- Serve as the go-to expert for client questions related to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics reports.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, providing updates on performance and strategy adjustments.
- Work closely with internal teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing goals.
Utilize AI Tools (e.g., ChatGPT):
- Leverage AI tools to brainstorm ideas, refine ad copy, and streamline reporting workflows.
- Implement AI-powered insights into campaign strategy and content creation.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics reporting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Reporting Expertise: Experience creating detailed analytics reports with insights and recommendations.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven success in planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns.
