An exciting opportunity is available for an Alteryx Developer within the Finance Systems team at Allianz UK. In this role, you will build, support, and maintain processes related to the Alteryx application, linking two ERP systems and improving overall financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and maintenance of new and existing Alteryx processes based on Finance requirements.
• Day-to-day administration to maintain systems, primarily Alteryx and its interfaces with main ERP systems.
• Management of support issues and ensuring systems are regulatory and statutory up to date.
• Facilitate Automation across Finance reporting systems and assist with reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
• Liaise with external software suppliers and provide user training as necessary.
• Document procedures, monitor daily jobs, and troubleshoot any arising issues.
• Provide advice on business projects to implement correct automation tools.
• Support Development activities, stakeholder management, system testing, and user training.

Requirements

Essential Skills

• High proficiency in Alteryx Designer, Server, and related tools.
• Strong experience in data preparation, blending, and reporting using Alteryx.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel, with a strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff at all levels.
• A self-starter with experience in identifying work opportunities and best practices.

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to financial systems such as Oracle Essbase, Certent Clarity, Blackline, Tagetik, Oracle Financials, and SAP.
