Job Description

KV is looking for a Creative Videographer & Editor (Mid-Level) to join our growing team 3 days a week. We seek someone with a keen eye for storytelling, creativity, and the technical skills to capture and edit high-quality videos. This role will be pivotal in elevating our in-house capabilities and delivering impactful results for our clients. The position is a 6-month hybrid contract focused on supporting the entire end-to-end production process, from ideation to post-production, in close collaboration with our Head of Production.

Requirements

Successful candidates must possess:

• Creativity: Strong storytelling, creative skills, and artistic vision.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-oriented settings.
• Video Production Expertise: Solid experience in production, editing, and color grading.
• Independence: Capability to manage end-to-end production and creative direction autonomously.
• Digital Savvy: Awareness of current trends and best practices in video and social media, particularly on platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn.

Additional Information

Applicants must be able to commute to the office 1-2 days per week. Those unable to do so will be instantly declined. Furthermore, candidates who do not provide a portfolio or fail to answer the required questions in the application form will also be declined. The expected start date is 3rd of February 2025, with the application closing on 23rd of January 2025. The starting salary is £25,000 per annum Pro Rata, which can increase based on performance and tenure within the team.
