Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant Creative team as a Videographer (Maternity Cover) until August 2025. As Videographer, you will impact the creative brief set by the Art Director, working alongside a fantastic team to create stunning visual assets for various channels. You will deliver completed videography projects, maintain files for future use, and explore new ways to enhance video creativity. You will ensure that editing is of the highest quality and coach junior team members while participating in location shoots across the UK.

This is a hybrid role based at our Head Office in Banbury, Oxfordshire, averaging 3 days a week in the office, with the flexibility to work from home depending on business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar position with a creative background and commercial setting, preferably within a relatable industry.
• Experience mentoring and developing juniors.
• Experience working on set, both location and in-house.
• A keen interest in the fashion, lifestyle, and jewellery industry.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience using professional equipment.
• Proven experience in filming and editing, ideally in Premier Pro.
• Project management experience – tracking progress and updating job boards.
• Friendly, self-motivated, and approachable, with initiative and planning skills.
• High degree of computer literacy across Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding and knowledge of accessories products and trends.
• Desire to create the best quality images and videos is essential.
• Strong brand awareness and confident communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Willing to travel and work on location.
• A clean, valid UK driving license is desirable.
