Job Description

The Product Design team plays a critical role in delivering impactful solutions by collaborating closely with product and engineering partners. Together, we shape the product vision, conduct user research, create concepts and prototypes, and deliver polished, development-ready designs in Figma. Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join us for our highly successful iQueue for Infusion Centers product.

Please note that while this role is available for remote work, we are currently employing in listed states. We also have offices in Santa Clara, CA, and Charlotte, NC, for employees who prefer to work from an office.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:

  • Information Architecture: Ability to organize complex information into clearly structured navigation systems and content hierarchies.
  • Visual Design: Deep knowledge and application of visual design concepts. Ability to speak and debate contemporary design trends.
  • Empathy: Demonstrate the highest level of empathy for users, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Growth: Demonstrate clear and measurable professional improvement year-over-year.
  • Strong Opinions, Weakly Held: Ability to make choices, move forward, and adjust quickly as new data emerges.

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Hiring Process

Every application is reviewed by the design team. A cover letter is not required; however, a resume filled with experience and/or a portfolio demonstrating your capabilities is necessary. Qualified applicants will receive a call from a senior-level designer or manager. From there, 3-4 candidates will be selected to meet the design team, and 1-2 will move on to meet the engineering and PM leads of the Infusion product.
