Position: As a UX Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing intuitive and engaging digital content that meets both user needs and business goals. Your focus will be on understanding users through research and translating insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure seamless implementation.

Requirements

Experience: 3+ years of UX design experience, preferably within a digital agency or product team environment.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for both web and mobile applications.

Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar software.

User-Centred Design: A deep understanding of user-centred design processes, including user research, information architecture, and interaction design.

Knowledge of Accessibility: Familiarity with UK accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.

Other Information

Salary: £35,000 per annum.

Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Location: Swadlincote, DE11 8ED.
