Job Description

The Motion Graphics Designer and Animator is responsible for planning, creating, and editing high-quality motion graphics and animated content for advertising learning programs and short-form learning. This role involves developing creative concepts, collaborating with internal and cross-functional teams to produce animations, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and technical specifications. The designer will also play a crucial role in maximizing audience engagement and enhancing the overall learning experience, producing dynamic content in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in motion graphics design and animation.
• Solid portfolio showcasing short, engaging motion graphics and animated content.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• 2+ years of experience in video production, editing, and post-production.
• Bachelor’s degree in media production, digital media, communications, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in motion graphics design and animation with Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience with digital media production tools and software, including animation editing tools and content management systems.

Soft Skills:

• Creativity and strong visual storytelling capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate ideas clearly.
• Understanding and adherence to brand guidelines in visual content.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on audience engagement and performance metrics analysis.
• Adaptability to dynamic environments and new technologies.

Additional Information

Duration: 12+ months with potential for extension

Rate Range: $58-60/hr on W2
