About The Role: We are looking for a Lead Videographer who will play a key role in shaping our video output. You will collaborate closely with teams across production, design, and editing to oversee and optimize video production workflows, ensuring seamless execution of a diverse range of projects.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Be a first-class videographer, that has led larger scale shoots meeting client standards.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of shooting social content.
• Translate design concepts and storyboards to create high-end edits with a social first focus.
• Work at pace and possess a contemporary stylistic flair for various types of filmed content and clients.
• Confident with all digital moving image formats and technical delivery specifications.
• Experience managing a small team (e.g., 2-5 people), including task delegation, performance management, and team development.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
• Strong interest in social media and emerging creator talent.
