Job Description

We are seeking a Product Designer to join our team and help us scale up our product experience across mobile and web. As designers at Resonate, we believe in making magic. Our primary role is to become the voice of our users and make the team rally behind it to create a delightful product experience. You will be working on the design of a SAAS platform that enables large enterprise businesses across the globe to listen to their customers all day, every day.

A typical week of a designer at Resonate involves user research, brainstorming, sketching, prototyping, and collaborating with a cross-functional team to ship great products. For you to succeed in the role, you will need exceptional attention to detail and a passion for crafting delightful user experiences. You will be working in a fast-paced cross-functional team where good communication skills are a must.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant product design experience
• Degree or formal training in design (human-computer interaction, web or visual design)
• Skills and experience with product design principles and tools
• Experience in the end-to-end design processes including research, prototyping, testing, and visual design
• Understanding of best practices and design patterns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive frameworks
• Ability to function independently and in a team environment with solid collaboration skills
• Have a problem-solving attitude with communication skills to articulate ideas and designs
• Be passionate about design and technologies
• Experience designing for an enterprise SAAS platform is a plus
