Job Description

The 100th Monkey is seeking a Design Partner to join its friendly, supportive, and dynamic team on a freelance basis. This role involves providing ongoing design support with various creative tasks, including visual storytelling, slide creation, and the development of business collateral. The selected individual will respond to creative briefs from both the company and its clients, delivering high-quality designs that integrate visual storytelling with strategic thinking.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong design experience, especially in B2B consulting. Candidates based in Bristol are preferred, but remote applicants are also welcome. Candidates should be proficient in:

• Transforming concepts into design that tells visual stories.
• Designing materials for training and development programs, workshops, and courses.
• Creating internal collateral for events and team activities.
• Implementing and maintaining brand guidelines and assets.
• Liaising with external agencies and specialists for project work.
• Designing engaging digital and social media assets.
• Desirable: Experience in video editing and production.
