Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a digital marketeer to join our friendly communications team in this brand-new role, allowing you to implement your fresh ideas and develop our digital marketing strategy to support our brand and business objectives. You will help heighten the awareness of our services and products among our global stakeholders and audiences, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering growth with data-driven campaigns. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams at BFBS to analyze audience research, segmentation, SEO optimization, and profiling. Your expertise in using CRM systems will be necessary, as well as a keen interest in developing strategies for paid activity on social media channels. This role is hybrid, requiring no more than three days of working from home per week, with occasional UK and overseas travel.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering growth with data-driven campaigns.
• Expertise in using CRM systems.
• Ability to analyze audience research, segmentation, and SEO optimization.
• Keen interest in developing social media paid activity strategies.
