You will shape and execute multi-channel campaigns, optimize content for maximum reach, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance our digital presence. This hybrid role requires working in our Peterborough office 2-3 days a week and is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career.

Responsibilities

• Execute consumer marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, and website content.
• Develop and optimize engaging digital content, ensuring alignment with Coloplast’s brand voice and values.
• Manage and analyze social media performance, utilizing insights to enhance engagement.
• Implement social listening tools to monitor trends and inform content strategy.
• Create and manage automated email campaigns that support customer lifecycles.
• Champion SEO best practices to enhance visibility and consumer engagement.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine digital strategies and improve performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive impactful campaigns.
• Leverage data analytics to shape digital marketing approaches and improve customer experiences.

Requirements

• Experience in consumer-focused digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, and content management.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template design.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools, content management systems, and social listening platforms.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
