Job Description

We are looking for an experienced UX UI Designer to take on an exciting 3 month+ contract for a Professional Services brand who are building a new website. You will need extensive experience with regard to design for marketing websites (as opposed to product design), and be experienced with Figma.

Key Responsibilities

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function.
• Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX UI Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to design marketing websites.
• Portfolio of work for modern corporate websites, particularly digital businesses.
• BSc/ BA in Design or related field.

Additional Information

Initial 3 months with a likely extension.

Remote position with daily rate to be confirmed.
