Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn SEO/SEM Specialist to join our team in an entry-level position. If you’re passionate about digital marketing and want to get hands-on experience in search engine optimization and paid search advertising, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll help optimize our website, improve search engine rankings, and support our paid search campaigns to attract more leads and drive growth for the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting keyword research to help drive content creation and optimization.
• Help optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
• Assist in creating and managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
• Monitor and report on website traffic and paid search performance using Google Analytics and other tools.
• Help track SEO/SEM performance and assist in preparing regular reports on results.
• Assist in updating and managing the company’s website to improve its visibility and functionality.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices for SEO and SEM.
• Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure SEO/SEM strategies align with broader marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Basic understanding of SEO/SEM concepts, including keyword research, link building, and Google Ads.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush (a plus, but not required).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a willingness to learn new skills.
• A passion for digital marketing and staying up to date with industry trends.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
