  • Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, able to receive feedback constructively and iterate quickly.

Location

We operate in a hybrid working environment with locations in Barley Wood (just outside of Bristol) and our London Hub above the Neal Street store. While the position allows for remote work, in-person attendance is required for team meetings and gatherings.

Benefits

  • 25-day holiday allowance (pro rata) plus 4 additional days for volunteering or focusing on wellbeing.
  • Private Medical Health care, including mental health, dental, and eye care.
  • Livebarefoot Pot of up to £1,000 per year for hobbies and natural health.
  • Free seasonal Vivo footwear and discounts for friends and family.
  • Pension matched to 5%.
  • Generous gender-neutral parental leave.
  • Life insurance up to 6 times your salary.
  • Group income protection insurance.
  • Long service awards and other benefits.
