Job Description

Netzwelt Inc. is a fast-growing software services company specializing in B2B e-commerce and mission-critical platforms for Fortune 500 companies. We are looking for motivated, aspiring developers to grow with us. Successful applicants will undergo an intensive full-stack software engineering bootcamp and will be immersed in the entire software development lifecycle: from inception, analysis & planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support. You will report to our office in Makati three days per week (Tuesdays to Thursdays) during training, transitioning to 100% remote work after completing training and project onboarding (8 to 12 weeks).

Who Should Apply

• Fresh graduates or early-career developers (0-1 year experience)

• Can start immediately or within 10 working days

• Passion for coding and a public GitHub profile showcasing coursework, side projects, or freelance work

Must-Have Qualifications

• Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Applications between October 2023 to March 2025

• Proficient in C# (preferred), Java/Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, or PHP

• Able to confidently work with a Relational Database (SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres)

• Comfortable building responsive web pages using HTML5 and vanilla CSS

• Fluent in English and Filipino

Preferred Qualifications

• Able to develop full-stack Web Applications with ASP.NET Core

• Experience with React, Vue, Next.js, or Svelte

• Eye for UI/UX design with an impressive portfolio to show

• Built projects actively used in production

Recruitment Process

• Quick phone interview (15-30 mins)

• First “getting to know” interview with our Talent Acquisition Team

• Technical interview – case study, code tracing, pair programming, SQL. We don’t use Computer Science trivia or Leetcode for screening.
