Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Editor to join our real estate team in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) area. This role is perfect for a skilled visual storyteller who can capture the essence of high-end properties, engaging community content, and compelling lifestyle footage to elevate our brand and listings.

As our go-to content creator, you will be responsible for filming and editing high-quality videos that showcase properties, client testimonials, neighborhood highlights, and behind-the-scenes moments. Your work will play a key role in marketing homes effectively, growing our social media presence, and enhancing our brand identity.

Requirements

• Experienced in real estate videography or similar fields (e.g., luxury marketing, hospitality, architecture).
• Skilled in different editing softwares.
• Proficient in camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Passionate about creating visually compelling content that drives engagement.

Duties

• Capture stunning video content for property tours, promotional materials, and social media.
• Edit engaging and polished videos that align with brand aesthetics and storytelling goals.
• Collaborate with our team to plan and execute creative content strategies.
• Stay up to date on real estate video trends and social media best practices.
• Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining high production quality.
