Job Description

Primary Responsibility: Design, enhance, and refine PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences. Work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to understand reporting needs. Create visually compelling slides using animations, infographics, charts, and multimedia elements. Collaborate with team to understand content needs and objectives. Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, templates, and visual identity. Convert raw data, reports, and text-heavy content into clear and engaging visual stories. Stay updated with design trends and presentation best practices.

Secondary Responsibility: Develop Power BI Reports & Dashboards. Ensure reports are user-friendly and meet performance expectations. Perform Data Analysis & Modelling by extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from multiple sources into Power BI. Conduct data cleansing and transformation to improve data accuracy. Connect Power BI to various data sources, including SQL databases, APIs, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), Excel, and SharePoint. Provide training and documentation to end users and ensure successful adoption of Power BI solutions.

Required Skills

Technical Skills: Proven experience as a PowerPoint Designer or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (including advanced features like animations, slide master, and custom templates). Strong visual storytelling skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Knowledge in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Report Server. Basic knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M Language), and SQL.
