This is a remote position with paid hours per week: 20 hours. The schedule is from Monday to Friday, flexible between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). The client is a rapidly expanding digital enterprise specializing in social media content creation and e-commerce, particularly focused on TikTok shop affiliations and digital marketing services.

We’re seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our fast-paced digital marketing team. In this role, you’ll work directly with our founder to elevate our brand across multiple platforms, showcasing your video editing skills, particularly in crafting engaging long-form content for YouTube, while managing our presence on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. This position is perfect for a social media enthusiast eager to contribute to the growth of a booming online community.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expert-level proficiency in video editing, particularly with CapCut or similar software.
• In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, especially TikTok, and their best practices.
• Strong creative skills with an eye for engaging, shareable content.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work independently.
• Demonstrated experience in content repurposing and cross-platform strategy implementation.
• Ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and algorithm changes.
• Experience in e-commerce or affiliate marketing is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to a growing workload, with potential for increased hours as the business expands.

Responsibilities
