Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Videographer & Video Marketing Mentor to join ProSport Physiotherapy and ProSport Academy. This individual will play a key role in transforming the field of physiotherapy through our ‘Go-To’ Therapist Mentorship program. Your primary responsibility will be to take a fully scripted Video Sales Letter (VSL) from concept to high-converting reality, create similar content for social media, and mentor our in-house video team to enhance our video marketing capabilities.

In the immediate term, you will focus on planning and executing a professional multi-camera shoot, incorporating B-roll footage, creating visual transitions, and optimizing video for various platforms. After completing the VSL project, you will dedicate 10 hours per week to mentorship and the development of systems for video production.

Requirements

Essential Experience

• 5+ years of professional videography experience
• Proven track record in producing high-converting sales videos
• Experience in mentoring or teaching video production
• Strong understanding of video marketing principles
• Portfolio demonstrating compelling storytelling through video

Technical Skills

• Expert knowledge of professional camera equipment and lighting
• Advanced proficiency in video editing software
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects
• Understanding of video optimization for different platforms
• Ability to direct both on-camera talent and B-roll shoots

Skills
