Led by Chief Communications and Marketing Officer Dave Penney, the business unit focuses on various functions, including media sales, education and industry marketing, digital marketing operations, events, partnerships, apprenticeships, public affairs, press and communications, and insights. The primary objective is to provide essential information, advice, and guidance to help users make informed decisions. UCAS Media aims to generate revenue through paid collaborations to fund its charitable operations, ensuring that all profits support the mission of UCAS charity.
Requirements for the Role
Contractual Hours: 21.00
The role focuses on supporting the sale, service, and delivery of UCAS’ Paid Media and display proposition, primarily in paid social channels. Responsibilities include consulting, processing, delivering, and reporting campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google Ad Manager. The post holder will work with clients and UCAS Sales Account Managers to build and optimize campaigns.
- Create and deliver Paid Media & Onsite display campaigns.
- Interpret campaign briefs and optimize results.
- Create test plans to achieve best outcomes.
- Manage multiple campaigns at different stages.
- Support team members and clients with media planning and technical queries.
Skills, Qualifications, And Experience
- Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing role.
- Technical and logical thinking skills.
- Effective communication through various channels.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Previous experience with Salesforce is desirable.
- Effective planning and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Excel or similar tools for data reporting.
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Highly motivated to learn and grow.
Package
This is a part-time position, working 21 hours per week, with a salary of up to £25,000 FTE. Benefits include:
