We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our specialized team working on an enterprise-wide full-text search platform enhanced with generative AI capabilities. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications (Java 17+).
• Implement and optimize architecture using Spring Boot 3.x.
• Develop, maintain, and ensure the reliability and consistency of the system.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
• Monitor application performance and ensure responsiveness.
• Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks and bugs, delivering efficient solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and offer constructive feedback to peers.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java development (Java 11+, ideally Java 17).
• Proven experience with Spring Boot (version 3.x).
• Basic understanding of OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Experience with Grafana for monitoring application performance.
