3Koncept is a Female-led Creative Consultancy based in London, specialising in strategic solutions for owners and businesses across diverse hospitality and lifestyle industries. With neurodivergent insight at our core, we anticipate challenges, recognise patterns, and simplify complexities. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate, motivated, and creative individuals to work closely with the Creative Director to bring ideas to life through dynamic animations and visually compelling motion graphics. This role is for a Motion Graphics, 2D and 3D Animator on a freelance and part-time basis.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating animation and motion graphics skills.
• Knowledge of video editing and sound design is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet deadlines.
• Experience with 2D/3D animation, visual effects (VFX), and storyboarding is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Create motion graphics, animations, and visual storytelling elements for various platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and refine animated visuals to support brand messages and creative concepts.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to transform ideas into visually dynamic content.
• Ensure that all motion graphics align with brand identity and meet client specifications.
• Deliver high-quality, polished animations while adhering to deadlines.
• Stay updated with new animation techniques and software to continuously improve skills.

Additional Information

Fee: Salary based on performance, experience, skills.

Additional pay: Bonus scheme, Commission pay, Performance bonus.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability.

Experience: Animation: 1 year (preferred), Motion Graphics: 1 year (preferred).
