Seeking a Music Composer for an independent feature

We are seeking a music composer to create an original score for our latest independent feature film, an 88-minute thriller. This project is part of our ongoing efforts at Triventure Films Limited, a company dedicated to producing low-budget, family-friendly content. The ideal candidate will have a strong instinct for crafting an impactful score that enhances the suspenseful moments of the thriller while also adding subtle tension throughout the movie. To make our selection, we would like our top few shortlisted to provide a sample score to a short scene. We will be making our shortlist based on any demos within this genre that you can share with us. We thank you in advance for your consideration and interest in our project.

Can you provide examples of your preferred style?
Our director does not want to hear any score that sounds too synthesized. The sounds should be more instrumental/orchestral. The film is set in Scotland, so we would like a subtle element that incorporates that.

Who are you, and what do you do
We have produced and distributed six movies since we launched our business. The company’s focus is on family friendly daytime content in the thriller, romance and Christmas genres.
