Job Description

DailyRemote is seeking a creative and proactive Instagram Content Creator to help grow our brand by managing the full content process—editing raw content into engaging posts and stories, and managing our Instagram presence. The content will focus on remote work opportunities, digital nomad lifestyle, and work-life balance, aiming to inspire and inform our audience about the benefits of remote work.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit visually appealing Instagram posts, stories, and reels using raw content, adding text overlays, captions, and engaging elements.
• Manage DailyRemote’s Instagram account, including writing compelling captions and using relevant hashtags.
• Research Instagram trends and apply them to content creation and posting strategies.
• Analyze performance metrics (likes, comments, shares, etc.) to suggest improvements for future content.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule to ensure steady growth and audience engagement (minimum 3 posts per day).
• Collaborate closely with the DailyRemote team to align with our brand’s tone, style, and messaging.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation and Instagram account management.
• Knowledge of Instagram’s algorithm, trends, and best practices for maximizing reach and engagement.
• Strong visual design and editing skills (using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
• Excellent written communication skills for crafting captions and hashtags.
• Creative and resourceful mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with analytics tools to track performance.
• Background in digital marketing, social media management, or branding.
• Familiarity with remote work trends, digital nomad lifestyle, and work-life balance topics.
